Welcome to Well Spa Thai Bodywork. We are committed to providing a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients. Please read and adhere to the following terms and policies to ensure the best experience for everyone.
1. General Policy

We provide professional, therapeutic Thai bodywork/massage services only.

Strictly no sexual services. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and we may contact authorities.

Services are available to individuals 18 years and older.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for reasons including misconduct, intoxication, or health concerns.
2. Appointments & Walk-ins

Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

Multiple late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
-
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 4 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
-
Clients with repeated no-shows may be refused future appointments.
4. Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificate.

Gratuities are appreciated.
5. Health & Safety
-
Please inform us of any health issues, recent surgeries, or injuries before your session.

Massage is not recommended if you have a fever, contagious illness, or skin condition.

Clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or are pregnant must notify the therapist in advance.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if it may pose a health risk.
6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 60 months.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
7. Liability Waiver

You understand and agree to receive services at your own risk.

We are not responsible for adverse effects due to pre-existing conditions, non-disclosure, or failure to follow instructions.
8. Service Policy

Within 10 minutes, if you don’t like the service for any reason, you can leave.
